Ingredients
- ½ cup confectioners sugar (60g) — use powdered erythritol for a sugar-free option
- 1 Tbsp milk of choice
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste or the seeds from ½ vanilla bean
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth.

Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the glaze is silky and lump-free.

If it’s too thick, add more milk a teaspoon at a time until you reach the desired pourable consistency.

If it’s too thin, add extra powdered sugar a tablespoon at a time and mix until thicker.

Add ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste and stir to combine. If using a vanilla bean, split it and scrape the seeds into the glaze, then mix well.

Drizzle the glaze over cakes, cupcakes, donuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies or muffins while the baked goods are slightly warm or at room temperature.

Allow the glaze to set for a few minutes before serving.
